**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce the company’s IT services/products (e.g., software development, digital solutions, cloud services, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-ups for business development executives.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries about company offerings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in IT or services industry).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [any regional language if applicable].
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.

Pay: ₹8,976.31 - ₹31,952.05 per month
