**Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month (Based on Performance)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to promote our IT services and solutions.
- Provide detailed information on the various IT services offered, including software development, IT consulting, cloud solutions, and more.
- Follow up with leads, provide consultations, and generate interest in our services.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and leads generated.
- Handle inbound calls related to customer queries and provide quality support.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support, preferably in an IT services environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate our IT solutions.
- Basic understanding of IT services and technologies (software development, cloud computing, IT infrastructure).
- Good command of English and local languages.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
