**Job Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our Admissions Team. The role involves contacting potential students and parents, explaining our academic programs, generating walk-ins, counselling prospects over the phone, and converting leads into confirmed admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Explain the details of various programs, course structure, eligibility, and benefits.
- Counsel students on available academic opportunities and guide them in choosing suitable programs.
- Generate walk-ins to the college campus through effective telephonic communication.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and admissions on a daily basis.
- Achieve minimum 3 admissions per month to qualify for salary.
- Support in other admission-related promotional activities as assigned.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or any undergraduate degree.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in **Telugu, English, and Hindi**.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive, go-getter attitude.

**Compensation**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹7,500 per month _(applicable on achieving minimum 3 admissions per month)_
- **Incentive**: ₹7,500 per confirmed admission (unlimited earning potential based on performance)

hybrid / remote / onsite - vizag
