**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up**
- Call prospective students and parents from the provided database or leads generated through campaigns.
- Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM system with accurate lead status and feedback.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, admission criteria, fees, faculty, and facilities.
- Address basic queries and escalate complex concerns to the admissions or academic team.

**2. Conversion & Support**
- Schedule appointments for educational counsellors and coordinate follow-ups.
- Assist during open houses, webinars, and other promotional events as required.

**3. Data & Record Management**
- Keep a systematic and updated record of interactions, interested leads, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outreach performance and follow-up status.

**4. Collaboration**
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team to align on promotional campaigns and messaging.
- Suggest improvements in telecalling scripts or lead handling strategies based on feedback.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- **Excellent Communication**: Clear, confident, and polite verbal communication in English and regional languages.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Ability to build interest and influence decisions positively over the phone.
- **Listening & Problem-Solving**:Strong listening skills and the ability to resolve basic concerns effectively.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups within tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 5 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience, preferably in education or service sectors.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:
