**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and assist in generating leads.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Update the CRM system with accurate information.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent or +2 ( intermediate)

Proven experience in a telecaller or similar role is a plus.

Strong verbal communication skills in English ,Telugu, Hindi will be a plus

Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
