We are currently looking for a Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with new customers while maintaining existing relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, set appointments, and promote products/services
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about the products/services
- Follow up on leads and customer interactions to build and maintain relationships
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
