Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop production schedules and timelines.
- Ensure all resources (materials, equipment, personnel) are available and allocated efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a liaison between different departments involved in the production process, such as design, engineering, procurement, and logistics.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and other project-related activities.
- Budget Management:

- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
- Track expenses and monitor spending against budget allocations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process.
- Address any quality issues or concerns promptly.
- Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Take proactive measures to prevent accidents or incidents.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, expenses, and quality metrics.
- Generate reports and analysis to track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular updates to management on project status and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering, production management) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in production coordination or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
