- Develop Training Programs: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of sales, including product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation skills, and up-selling strategies.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to sales representatives, both in a classroom setting and through virtual platforms. Use a variety of training methods such as presentations, role-plays, case studies, and group exercises to ensure effective learning.
- Sales Skill Assessment: Assess the existing sales team's skills and identify areas for improvement. Develop customized training plans to address skill gaps and enhance overall sales performance.
- Sales Pitch and Presentation Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and presentations. Continuously improve and update sales materials based on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance data.
- Sales Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship-building abilities. Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help individuals improve their sales performance.
- Sales Process and Techniques: Educate sales team members on effective sales processes, techniques, and methodologies. Train them to effectively navigate through the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships.
- Track and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions. Identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the impact of training initiatives.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in sales and sales training. Incorporate industry insights into training programs to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar sales training role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and best practices
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and inspire learners in both classroom and virtual environments
- Analytical mindset to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using training tools and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- High level of motivation and a passion for sales training and development
