We are looking for a motivated and proactive **Business Development Executive** to join our team at **Dad of Ad,** our sister company specializing in marketing and advertising. This role is ideal for individuals with up to **6 months of experience** in sales or marketing who are enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic marketing agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage actively in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized communication and consistent follow-up, leveraging insights from cold calls.
- Tailor solutions to address the unique goals and challenges of prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Plan and coordinate outreach efforts strategically, arranging meetings and discussions between potential clients and account managers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a unified and seamless approach to client engagement.
- Keep detailed records of all outbound interactions, including daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of cold calls and scheduled meetings.
- Provide management with regular updates on outbound sales activities, lead conversion rates, and the outcomes of client meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, using insights to refine outreach and cold-calling strategies.
- Consistently aim to exceed sales targets by generating qualified leads through proactive outreach efforts.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **0-6 months of experience** in sales, business development, or a related area.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation,** and **interpersonal skills.**:
- Familiarity with **CRM software** and **MS Office.**:
- Ability to **work under pressure** and **meet deadlines.**:
- Proficiency in English, both **written and verbal.**
