**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and assist in the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand specific job requirements and staffing needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive recruiting strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and offer support throughout the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in Edtech services company.
- Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., AI ML, Full stack developer, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunity.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with tech companies or startups.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,229.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
