We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team and support our US IT staffing operations. This is a mid-to-senior level position for professionals who have a proven track record of sourcing and onboarding consultants across OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and Citizen categories.

As a key member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying qualified IT consultants, verifying documentation, and preparing them for marketing and placement by our internal teams. This position is entirely remote and requires individuals who can work independently, meet targets, and maintain consultant engagement throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to consultants with valid work authorizations including OPT, CPT, H1B, Green Card, and US Citizens
- Conduct initial screening and collect required documentation including resume, visa copies, and other onboarding forms
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare consultants for marketing and client submissions
- Maintain daily logs and reporting on outreach, submissions, and consultant status
- Ensure consultants are informed and engaged throughout the process
- Provide regular performance updates and meet assigned recruitment goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in US IT staffing, specifically in recruiting OPT and H1B consultants
- Strong understanding of US work visa categories and recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with standard sourcing methods and recruitment practices
- Comfortable working in US time zones (EST or CST preferred)

**Location**: Remote (Hyderabad)
**Work Hours**: US Time Zone (EST/CST preferred)
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
