**Job Summary**
- Experience in recruiting OPT hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards like Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
- Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
- Should have some understanding of the immigration process.
- Reach monthly Targets set by the management.
- Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the students on **OPT**/CPT/EAD status
- Need to coordinate for technical screening/interview
- Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis
- Experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants is a bonus.
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies Visas and updates.
- Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
- Excellent communication skills
