**Qualifications And Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in OPT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of OPT regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

**Salary**: ₹368,569.00 - ₹439,973.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
