**Location**: Mindspace, Madhapur | **Job Type**: Full-time

**Office Timings**: 7PM - 4AM (IST)

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with **universities & student organizations**.
- Use **job portals, social media, and networking** to find talent.
- Maintain a database of job seekers & ensure compliance.
- Negotiate salaries & collaborate with clients for placements.

**Requirements**:

- **0.5-3 years** in OPT recruitment or IT staffing preferred.
- Knowledge of **F-1, OPT, CPT, STEM, H1B, and GC processes**.
- Strong **communication, negotiation & sourcing skills**.
- Familiarity with **ATS, job portals & MS Office**.
