**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle** for OPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, and senior consultants.
- **Onboard bench consultants**, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to **align sourcing strategies** with business needs.
- Ensure full **compliance with US hiring and immigration regulations**.
- Provide **ongoing engagement and relationship management** for bench consultants.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **2 - 3 years** of hands-on experience in **US recruitment**, with strong exposure to **OPT,** **H1B and H1B Transfer hiring**.
- Sound understanding of **US immigration processes** and work authorizations.
- Proficient in **US job portals** - Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of **US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)**.
- Experience in **bench sales onboarding** is a strong advantage.
