We are looking for a qualified Customer Advocacy Executive to manage a database of customer complaints and who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer advocacy executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. JOB DESCRIPTION: Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Maintaining Data of complaints with resolutions. Handle Complaints via Calls and E-mails. Good Communication. Knowledge to use of Google Sheets etc. **REQUIREMENTS**: A bachelor’s degree in any field. A minimum of 1 years' experience. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Ability to lead a team.
