Mahitha Prasad is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
As a Social Media Coordinator and play a pivotal role in our digital journey. Craft engaging content, foster online communities, and drive our brand's growth on social platforms. Your creative flair, strategic thinking, and passion for social media will shape our brand's online presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer problems are addressed promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on Mahitha Prasad's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
- **Feedback Management**:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Relay valuable customer insights to the management team to enhance our offerings.
- **Customer Retention**:
- Implement strategies to retain customers and increase their loyalty.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers for feedback and to promote new products or services.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer-related metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of customer-centric events or campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:
- Develop compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate multimedia content, such as images, videos, and infographics.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster meaningful connections with our followers and customers through authentic interactions.
- **Collecting user generated data and feedback**:
- Encourage and facilitate the collection of user-generated content (UGC) from our customers.
- After events or interactions, proactively request clients to share photos or stories related to their experiences with Mahitha Prasad.
- Manage a system for organizing and archiving UGC for future use in marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform product or service improvements.
- **Providing Data to Social Media Agency and Managing Them**:
- Collaborate closely with our social media agency to ensure alignment with Mahitha Prasad's brand identity and goals.
- Provide relevant data and insights to the social media agency in a timely manner to support their efforts in creating effective campaigns.
- Coordinate with the agency to implement strategic social media plans that meet the brand's specific needs and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience. Even freshers can apply.
- Proven experience in a customer service or relations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using google sheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
