**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE**

**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

**Department**: Sales

**Reports To**:Sales Manager / Directors

**Job Role Summary**: As a Customer Relationship Executive at Scott Lumin KYK, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide a seamless experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities Deliverable**:
1. Responding to customer inquiries

2. Outbound calls

3. Appointment scheduling

4. Follow-up calls

5. Upselling and cross-selling

6. Reporting and analysis

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
