**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting the India & South West Asia (INSWA) Operating Unit (OU) President’s Office in all activities associated with the efficient and effective running of the President’s office; financial performance and reporting; Investor, Executive Committee and Board communications; Government and Regulatory interactions. The person will interact extensively with the INSWA Leadership Team, senior leaders throughout the Company (across business groups and functions) and key external constituents of the Company.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for analysis concerning the influence of external market factors upon the organization;
- Monitors activities related to project evaluation, financial structuring and investor interface;
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature & determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Collect data on digital landscape (consumers, competitors and marketplace) and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Remain fully informed on digital market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the President, some of which may have organizational impact.
- Liaises with internal and external resources to build planning capabilities.
- Generate and implement new tactics and executions to further embed The Coca-Cola Commitment within the organization (white space).
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.

**Communication Focus**
- Role will require frequent communication with OU Leadership Team, Board and Executive Committee
- Role will also interact frequently with Bottlers and external parties (activation agencies, media).
