Experience: 2 to 5 years of Experience in Customer Relationship Executive.

Timings: 9.30am to 6.00pm

Location: Nungambakkam

**Job Description**:

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow up regularly to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team with customer accounts and after-sales service.
- Promote new products or services to existing customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments.
- Suggest improvements to products, services, or customer service processes.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences across departments.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
