Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database (CRM)
- Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Provide accurate information and handle complaints or concerns professionally

**Requirements**:

- English (Basic)
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to remain calm and handle rejections positively
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
