**Job Title**: B2B Telesales Executive (Male/Female)

**Location**: Chennai

**Experience Level**: 0 to 5 Years (Fresher & Experienced)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients and decision-makers.
- Understand the client’s business requirements and provide product/service solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at businesses.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to business prospects.
- Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities by nurturing relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and send proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong B2B communication skills, with the ability to speak to decision-makers at various levels.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and B2B buying behavior.
- Ability to handle rejection, objections, and challenging business scenarios.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic knowledge of business communication tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and regional languages (Tamil, Hindi preferred).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or related roles.
- Prior experience in selling to businesses (small, medium, or large) is a plus.
- Understanding of the local market and business landscape in Chennai.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable speaking with business executives and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks.
- Ability to adapt to new products, services, and market trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
