**Designation**: Telesales

**Process**: Inbound process / Outbound process

**Experience**: Minimum 4 - 5 yrs in Telesales

**Salary**: Upto 30k

**Language Known** : English + Malayalam /Telugu / Kannada

**Shift**: 9.30am - 6.30pm & Sunday fixed off

**Skillset**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Location**: Saidapet, Chennai.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce and sell products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information, and offer solutions that meet those needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services in order to answer questions, overcome objections, and explain benefits effectively.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, or following up on marketing campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
