**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and optimization of processes for converting tablet formulations into safe and effective injectable forms.
- Conduct extensive research and development activities, focusing on solubility, stability, and compatibility of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in injectable forms.
- Design and execute pre-formulation and formulation studies, including excipient selection, pH adjustments, and buffer systems suitable for injection.
- Collaborate with analytical chemists to develop and validate methods for assessing the stability and compatibility of new injectable formulations.
- Perform rigorous stability testing under various conditions to ensure the long-term stability of the injectable products.

**Salary**: ₹24,156.55 - ₹50,225.84 per month
