Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Formulation Scientist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for developing and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations, conducting research, and performing laboratory tasks. They will also be involved in technology transfer and working collaboratively within the R&D team to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Formulation development
  • Experience in conducting Research and Development (R&D) activities
  • Knowledge and experience in Technology Transfer processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent dcommunication and teamwork abilities
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field preferred
  • 2 to 6 experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
