Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize drug formulations for oral, parenteral, topical, or other dosage forms. - Conduct pre-formulation studies including solubility, stability, and compatibility assessments. - Design and perform experiments to evaluate excipient compatibility, drug release, and bioavailability. - Prepare prototypes and conduct pilot-scale batches for technology transfer to manufacturing. - Collaborate with Analytical Development to ensure product quality and stability testing. - Maintain documentation for formulation development, batch records, and experimental data. - Support regulatory submissions by providing formulation data and reports. - Troubleshoot formulation or process issues during development or scale-up. - Stay updated with emerging formulation technologies and regulatory guidelines.
