**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Schedule, organize, and attend meetings on behalf of the MD, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Organize internal and external events, conferences, and travel logistics.
- **Project Management**:

- Support the MD in overseeing projects by tracking deadlines, managing schedules, and coordinating resources.
- Assist in preparing status reports, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
- **Confidentiality and Documentation**:

- Maintain and organize sensitive and confidential information, ensuring that it is kept secure and accessible only to authorized individuals.
- Assist in the preparation of confidential documents, including contracts, legal papers, and company policies.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all times.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, making sure important matters are brought to the MD’s attention promptly.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- **Travel and Logistics**:

- Make travel arrangements for the MD, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle any logistics related to business travel or events.
- **General Office Support**:

- Assist with the day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure coordination and follow-through on tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 8-10+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), calendar management software, and communication tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactive approach to addressing issues and challenges as they arise.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
