Quantity Surveyor Executive

**Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine costs associated with labor, materials, and overhead.

**Budgeting**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within the approved budget constraints.
- Provide financial advice to project stakeholders regarding cost implications and budgetary concerns.

**Tendering**:

- Assist in the tendering process by preparing tender documents and analyzing bids from contractors.
- Evaluate and compare contractor proposals to ensure competitiveness and adherence to project requirements.

**Procurement**
- Manage the procurement process, including negotiating with suppliers and contractors.

**Risk Management**
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties related to project costs.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project costs, contracts, and related documents.
- Provide regular reports to project stakeholders, highlighting cost performance and potential issues.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
