**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about our agricultural products and services.
- Assist customers with product selection and offer guidance based on their specific needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and customer engagement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in agriculture or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Knowledge of agricultural products and practices is highly desirable.
