Job description

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate all aspects of project operations from order receipt to site delivery and erection.

Liaise with cross-functional departments including design, procurement, production, and logistics to align project timelines and deliverables.

Track and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP software).

Maintain communication with clients for updates, approvals, and clarification of requirements.

Ensure that project documents are complete, up-to-date, and properly filed.

Assist in preparing weekly/monthly project status reports for internal and client review.

Follow up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely procurement and execution.

Identify project risks and help develop mitigation plans with senior managers.

Support site coordination in terms of material dispatch schedules, manpower mobilization, and issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all operational phases.

Drive process improvements in operations for better efficiency and client satisfaction.
