**About the Role**:
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Manage client and site expectations by maintaining effective communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle project administration, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Use SAP to create Purchase Requisitions (PR), manage vendors, and monitor procurement processes.
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols at the site.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in project administration within an engineering company is essential.
- Proficiency in SAP for PR creation and vendor management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and team expectations effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in site operations.
