**Position**: Site Coordinator

**Location**: Saudi Arabia

**Salary: 2000-2500 SAR**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate all activities on the site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate the allocation and delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower required for project execution.
- **Site Supervision**: Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- **Scheduling**: Develop, update, and maintain detailed schedules for project activities and milestones.
- **Team Liaison**: Serve as a primary point of contact between site workers, contractors, suppliers, and senior management.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on project progress, any issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure site activities are in compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any site-related issues such as delays, resource shortages, or equipment malfunctions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and any permits or approvals required for the project.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets the required specifications and standards.
- **Cost Management**: Assist in managing budgets by tracking expenses and suggesting cost-saving measures where possible.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role in construction, infrastructure, or facility management.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and management.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
