We’re looking for a motivated and reliable **Site Helper / Site Coordinator** to assist our civil engineers during property inspections. You’ll travel across Mumbai to support inspections, manage basic coordination, and ensure smooth on-site operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to different inspection sites across Mumbai (residential and commercial).
- Assist civil engineers on-site during inspections.
- Coordinate access with clients or property managers.
- Capture photos/videos and take notes during inspections.
- Help carry tools or equipment and set up the inspection area.
- Ensure basic safety and professionalism on-site.
- Share updates with the operations team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 12th pass (minimum); Diploma in Civil or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of work experience (freshers welcome).
- Must be willing to travel daily within Mumbai.
- Basic knowledge of construction or inspection work is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and punctuality are a must.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on-site.
