Our team diversity has been recognized as well; we're one of the most diverse workforces in the world in terms of nationality, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, and educational background. **THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA OFFICE AND REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE RECRUITMENT MANAGER.** **THE ROLE** - Managing the interview life-cycle from initial screening of applicants to coordinating interviews, and gathering feedback, with an emphasis on scheduling and facilitating recruiting operations - Working closely with hiring managers to define departmental needs, and provide inputs on job descriptions and research compensation factors **THE QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent creative problem solving skills, able to work at a fast pace, and focus on results - Experience working in a global environment, with distributed teams - Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy - Able to work independently and utilize sound judgment and problem solving skills - Must be detail oriented, with excellent administrative and organizational skills - Proficient in the use of prominent Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms and tools such as Greenhouse, etc. to administer, coordinate, and track progress A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfortable working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
