Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Associate located in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media. The Recruitment Associate will also perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Screening
  • Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proven experience in recruitment within the educational technology or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
