- Relaying extensive product information to customers.
- Closing sales for the company
- Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Bachelor or Master degree in any Discipline
- 2-year minimum experience as a Customer Service Executive
- Excellent Communication skills in English, Hindi as native speaker
- Excellent Writing skills in English.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
