- Ability to forge strong Relationships, and Work in Tandem with Distributors & retailers to achieve business objectives
- Act on Numeric Distribution & Weighted Distribution Targets
- Work in cohesion with Demand Generation Team handling : Contractors, Carpenters to convert Lead generation to Revenue
- Responsible for achieving Sales & Collection targets
- Be a strong Team Player
- Ability to understand & use CRM, LN, DMS
- Define route plans and map segment wise sales
- Coach team members for better performance.
- Coordinate and achieve sales objectives on a daily basis for Achieving Net Sales Revenue
- Price monitoring as per the market in coordination with the senior management

**Position Qualification**
- Experience of around 5 years in managing GTM / channel sales - in Building Material Sector (Paints, Faucets, Adhesive, Sanitary ware, Hardware, electrical fittings).
- Experience in Consumer goods sector will be an added advantage.
- Distributor Management, Channel Management, Key Accounts management, Influencer Management, Team Management, Data Handling Skills / Comfortable with systems like CRM, DMS, and ERP.
- MBA/ BBA/ BMS/ BBE from a reputed institution
