Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Sales Executive to drive our channel sales strategy and expand our market presence. The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including system integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and solution providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to enable their success.

Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement joint sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, and events.

Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for channel partner initiatives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel programs and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on channel sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

years of experience in channel sales or a similar role within the IT industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.

Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
