**Designation**:Executive
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage daily schedules and appointments.

- Support various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited
to Human Resource, finance, and marketing.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Assists with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, processing invoices,
tracking transactions, and generating financial reports.
**Requirements**:

- Document management tools like SharePoint or Google Drive allow administrators
to organize, store, and share documents securely.
- Good with MS Office
- Good with Excel
- Prior experience in data management is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
