Operations Intern

As an Ops Intern at Flagright, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations of Flagright teams across sales, marketing, product, engineering, and admin. You will become the primary point of contact making sure things function as they should, catering to our team across four continents. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for maintaining our internal tooling, ensuring slick tight process documentation, providing transparency across the board, and gluing different functions together by making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Your contribution will be instrumental in delivering high-quality customer service and driving the success of everyone you work with, ultimately contributing to Flagright's success.

***You will**:

- Ensure seamless operations of Flagright teams across sales, marketing, product, engineering, and admin by configuring the team tooling, establishing and documenting processes, and training team members to working with each other effectively to maximize performance and outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational questions, making sure operations run smoothly across our team members in four continents.
- Glue different functions together, ensuring no details or processes fall through the cracks.
- Build automated reports, configure, and become an expert in sales systems like Hubspot, Zoominfo, and Jiminny.

***Your profile**:

- Last year at a tier 1 university OR Bachelor's degree in STEM fields from a tier 1 university.
- Intelligent - you are always considered one of the intelligent people in any room you have been in. You are quick on your feet and sharp at work.
- At least 6 months of past internships in business, product, or related fields (REQUIRED). Ideally at a startup.
- Fluent in data. You make data-informed decisions and have experience building metrics dashboards to monitor engagement & product KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Fast learner - You are able to quickly master a new domain such as anti money laundering, sanctions screening, etc. You are able to develop expertise and display empathy with users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without missing deadlines or decreasing quality. No one will remind you to do your job.
- Great attention to detail. Your work never has basic mistakes such as grammatical mistakes and misaligned images.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and on your feet.
- Hard-working and ambitious, with a passion for driving growth via customer retention and cross-selling.
- Ok to relocate to Mysore, Karnataka after internship if you become full time.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Past experience in the financial sector, with an understanding of financial crime and financial crime terminology.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the technology landscape.
