Joveo is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Operations Intern to join our Craigslist Team. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital advertising and recruitment operations. You will play an integral role in supporting our Tier 1 & 2 clients by developing effective media plans and posting strategies that drive real results.
What You'll Do
As a Craigslist Ops Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the Craigslist Operations Team to develop and execute effective media plans and posting strategies for Joveo's Tier 1 & 2 clients.
- Utilize the Craigslist tool to implement posting plans, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client campaigns.
- Perform data analysis to evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Assist in monitoring key campaign metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, to ensure the delivery of exceptional results for our clients.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing innovative ideas and insights to drive campaign success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and creative teams, to align strategies and achieve client objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, incorporating them into strategies and recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a similar relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented mindset. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated passion for digital advertising, marketing, or related fields.
