**Job Opportunity for a Business Operations Intern**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Intern. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for analyzing data, documenting daily operations, identifying red flags, coordinating with internal teams, and executing critical projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how to build and scale a business end-to-end.

You will act as the founder's extension, supporting the analysis of data, documentation of daily operations, identification of red flags, coordination with internal teams, and execution of critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Analytics & First Line Checks: Collects daily reports for the founder, identifies patterns, red flags, and improvement insights.
  • Support Basic Business Calculations:
  • Process Enforcement & Documentation: Ensures each department maintains daily logs, follows up with team members, and maintains playbooks.
  • Cross-functional Operations Support: Understands business functions deeply and offers support wherever gaps appear.
  • Firefighter/Problem Solver: Identifies operational bottlenecks, researches solutions (vendors, tools, consultants), and implements fixes under guidance.
  • Founder Support & Coordination: Maintains the founder's project tracker, assists in meeting preparation, takes minutes of meetings, and action follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Understands maths, Excel/Google Sheets, basic formulas, comfort with numbers.
  • Fast Learner & Curious: About all parts of the beverage business.
  • Comfortable Communication: With internal teams and external vendors.
  • Self-starter & Problem Solver: Takes ownership and solves problems.
  • Past Experience: In operations, familiarity with beverage manufacturing/supply chain is a plus.
