Role Overview

We're seeking a versatile business professional to join our team as an office intern.

This is a true generalist business role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to think critically, and thrive in ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximise revenue through identifying funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards for accurate, actionable data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Loves all things business and sales, with no hesitation in getting hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Can context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • Extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
