International Business Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional to manage international operations, financials, and vendor/customer relationships while ensuring smooth business execution.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Key Accounts Management & Business Development, and the ability to independently handle international travel and operations.

  • Manage international operations including P&L ownership and inventory management
  • Work extensively on Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and business tracking
  • Handle customer accounts, sales, and payables with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships
  • Drive Key Accounts Management and Business Development initiatives to grow imports business
  • Travel independently for international operations and partner interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Imports, Key Accounts Management, or Business Development
  • Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as per business requirements
