Business Operations Analyst Intern

Our organization seeks a highly motivated and analytical Business Operations Intern to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to work directly with the founder across multiple business functions, including sales, production, research and development, customer service, procurement, and strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, curious about all aspects of the business, and comfortable speaking to internal teams and external vendors. A strong analytical mindset, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities include daily analytics and first-line checks, process enforcement and documentation, cross-functional operations support, firefighting and problem-solving, and founder support and coordination. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be self-motivated.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required. Relevant internship experience in operations, preferably in the beverage industry, is a plus.
Work Experience: 3-4 months
