Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst - Loan Operations, you will be responsible for leading projects and initiatives that drive business growth and transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis or operations management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
