Business Operations Analyst

As a technical operations analyst, you will accelerate your potential in a global leader of life sciences diagnostics and biotechnology. Our shared commitment to innovate for tangible impact means our work saves lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for the ERP platform and collaborate with various business functions.
- Use functional technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to analyze and solve issues reported by system users worldwide.
- Work in a multicultural team environment, learning from others and improving ERP operations through collaboration.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on incident and problems resolution processes.
- Develop and maintain technical support process documentation and build knowledge bases for support teams and end-users.
- Three or more years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite version 12.2 or greater.
- Technical knowledge in one or more ERP modules like Order Management, Financials, Logistics, Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ITIL guiding principles and expertise in ITSM service management - incidents, problems, changes.
