**Position**: Associate Operations Manager
**Experience Required**: 3+ years
**Location**: Wadala, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: 3rd Party Payroll for **TATA International**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP Management**:

- Monitor, update, and manage the ERP system to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the IT team for resolution.
- Analyze ERP data to identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance decision-making.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and organize large volumes of data in an accurate and secure manner.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Create dashboards and presentations to visualize key operational metrics.
- **Operational Support**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to address them.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all operational processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on ERP, MIS, and data management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, and experience in creating dashboards and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience working with large-scale organizations or reputed brands.
- Prior experience in managing operations on 3rd Party Payroll.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
