
Education B2B Sales Person Required

**Job Location - Kolkata**
**Role Objective**:
**Preferred Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- MBA or postgrad diploma preferred (not mandatory if skillset matches).
**Preferred Experience**:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, education marketing, event sales, or institutional outreach.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or high-value event sponsorship sales is a plus.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle C-suite clients
- Miscrosoft office sound - with good presentation skills
- Social media savvy - Linkedin (is a plus)
- Target driven
- problem solving skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert inquiries and nominations into confirmed delegates or awardees.
- Pitch and close award opportunities and partnership benefits to institutions, businesses, and individuals.
- Conduct event demos and pitch decks via Zoom/Google Meet.
- Manage database follow-ups and maintain conversion pipelines.
- Prepare weekly performance reports on outreach and conversions.
- Support awardees and partners in completing pre-event and post-event commitments and formalities.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets for number of enrollments and revenue.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
