JOB SUMMARY

As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build relationships with potential customers, and close sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and partnerships. Conduct market research to identify target markets and develop strategies to reach out to potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customers' energy needs and educate them about the benefits of solar energy solutions. Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and propose customized solar solutions that align with customers' requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits, financial savings, and environmental advantages of solar energy systems. Address customer queries and concerns, provide accurate information, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare comprehensive and competitive quotes and proposals for customers, detailing the solar system design, equipment specifications, installation timeline, pricing, and financing options. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate system sizing and specifications.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome. Overcome objections and address customer concerns while maintaining a focus on meeting sales targets. Close sales deals and secure customer commitments.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, maintaining regular communication and providing post-sales support. Develop a network of referral sources and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and generate additional sales opportunities.
- CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and monitor the sales pipeline. Update customer information, document sales activities, and generate reports to track sales performance and forecast future sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the solar energy industry. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field ( Preferrable: Solar Sector).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, products, and financing options.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits as required.

**Salary**: ₹8,822.99 - ₹12,500.00 per month
